State Representative Jason Dockter was found guilty of using his legislative position for personal gain — voting on legislation that directly benefited himself and his company.

This is a clear violation of the public’s trust and a disgrace to the office he holds. This kind of corruption erodes faith in our Republic and damages the integrity of the Legislature.

The people of North Dakota deserve elected officials who serve them — not themselves.
